Advocate Aftab Fazil is a seasoned practitioner advocate
and a visionary social leader, committed to promoting
justice, education, and community empowerment.
He serves as:
President, Sir Syyed Educational Social Welfare Society
General Secretary, All India Lawyers Council, Delhi State (AILC)
Former Nodal Officer, Delhi Commission for Minorities
Under his leadership, the Society runs a comprehensive set of programs aimed at empowering individuals and communities:
- RTI Training Workshops – He has also provided training to volunteers of former Deputy Chief Minister Sh. Manish Sisodia.
- Legal Awareness Programs – Educating citizens about their rights and legal processes.
- Women’s Legal Awareness & Assistance – Supporting women with legal knowledge and aid.
- Scholarship Awareness Programs – Guiding students to access educational scholarships, including helping hundreds of students secure scholarships.
- Career Counselling – Helping youth plan and navigate their career paths.
He also led the Mission Sir Syyed Street School in Kisan Basti from 2017 to 2020, providing basic education to over 100 children in this marginalized community.
To date, he has helped 11 students become Advocates and supported hundreds of youths in education, legal awareness, and career development.
Additionally, he promotes environmental sustainability through the “Donate a Plant” Campaign, encouraging citizens to plant trees and awarding Green Certificates, resulting in hundreds of trees planted.
